The Seiko Speedtimer, originally launched in 1969 as the first automatic chronograph with a column wheel and vertical clutch, now features a solar-powered movement. Inspired by 1960s red European sports cars, it boasts a matte textured dial with an orange index, reminiscent of vintage speedometers, and a sapphire crystal.
