PANDORA Trending: Oriental Bloom
This season we’ve seen lots of eastern inspired prints, embroidery and silhouettes flooding onto the high street from designers who simply can’t get enough of this macro trend. From elaborate blooms to majestic creatures, this trend is far from a fleeting fancy; it’s destined to stay, and more importantly, you can see it right here in our latest PANDORA Summer 2016 collection.
PANDORA have drawn inspiration from the orient in an exciting way with the new collection by incorporating ‘honeysuckle pinks’ along with bright, lucky red hues. In terms of design, you can see an amalgamation of delicate blossoms that create a Zen-like garden of colour and gossamer edges.
A particular favourite of mine happens to be the oriental fan bead. This art deco style fan is one that I can imagine Anna May Wong - siren of the silver screen during the 1930s – would have had nestled in her jewellery box.
My second favourite charm has to be the lucky elephant, an adorable charm featuring a remarkably detailed elephant in a playful pose. It's said that elephants never forget, so why not gift this lucky elephant to a loved one with the message ‘never forget that I love you’.
The rings featured in this collection are all stackable and possess a wealth of sparkling stones that catch the light at every angle, as do the delicate oriental blossom studs.
Do you know someone who would love the new collection? If you’re looking to spoil your loved one, we have created our own collection of complete bracelets that have been tickled with oriental blooms inspiration.
As with all of the PANDORA jewellery we sell, you can be sure that you are receiving an item of quality from an authorised PANDORA retailer. Every piece of that we sell also comes with a 2-year guarantee from PANDORA- just another reason why you can shop with confidence at The Jewel Hut.
