Delivery and Order Tracking Policy

All items under £75 ordered before 16:00(GMT) are dispatched using the Royal Mail tracked 48 hours service. Next day delivery is available at a small fee .

All orders over £75 ordered before 16:00(GMT) will be dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which is guaranteed on the next working day before 1pm. 

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and a range of countries worldwide.

For your peace of mind, all purchases from The Jewel Hut online store are fully insured until they are delivered to you.

Extended Chritmas Returns - All items purchased from 1st November 2018 can be returned up until 31st January 2019

Please Note

UK next day delivery and Saturday delivery requires a signature.

Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day.

Orders made after 4pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Orders made using our Amazon Checkout or V12 finance system may be subject to delays.

Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1pm on the next working day.

All delivery timeframes exclude Bank Holidays.

During busy sale or seasonal periods, there may be delays on processing orders. We recommend that you order ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

We now offer a click and collect service for your convenience. You can select this option on the checkout page.


Where can I collect my order?

You can collect from a T. H. Baker store OR from your local post office.

Do I need to bring any documentation when collecting a purchase?

Please make sure that you bring your order confirmation number, found on your order confirmation email, and a form of ID when collecting your purchase.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes. But please note the person collecting on your behalf must have the order number and provide ID that matches the name on the order.

+ Engraved Products


How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?

Engraved products may take up to 3 working days to be processed and dispatched. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date. This also applies to Next Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery options; however we will endeavour to dispatch your item(s) as soon as possible.

Please Note: During our busy seasonal periods, such as Christmas, engraved items may take an additional 5 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time. Overseas delivery also requires an additional (maximum) 3 working days on top of the standard 7-10 day delivery.

How can I track my order?

We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and viewing the 'my orders' section of the website, which will update with the parcel's Royal Mail tracking reference if you have selected 'Next Day' or 'Saturday Delivery' . You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website -  https://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Please note that if you have ordered more than one item you may receive multiple shipment emails and items may arrive separately.

At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For Special Delivery parcels, please call us if you've not received your item after 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For standard delivery, if you have not received your parcel within 4 working days, please contact our customer services department. Please note we can not open an investigation into missing parcels until 10 working day have passed.

I don’t see my country on the list?

If you require dispatch to a country not on the list above, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

I live outside the UK, can I order anything from your site?

Please note there may be some restrictions on delivering certain items to specific countries: for example, we are not permitted to sell Pandora products outside of the UK.

Am I eligible for a VAT refund?

VAT refunds can be processed on all non-EU deliveries; however, please note VAT can only be refunded once the order has left the UK and arrived at the destination address.

My order has not arrived?

Deliveries in some countries may be subject to customs delays. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.

How much is overseas postage?

Please see our pricing chart above.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address, please include this information when placing your order. Parcels will be delivered via Royal Mail post. Before placing an order to be delivered to your work address, please ensure you are happy where and who will be signing for this.


Please note: if you've made an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address.
