Delivery Information

  • Most orders are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm (For guaranteed next day delivery call 01384 78431 to avoid disappointment), but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery depending upon stock availability.
  • All orders over £30.00 are delivered free of charge using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. All orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or ourselves (Please note once signed for delivery at your delivery address responsibility of ownership is then yours). Below is our guide to what type of delivery service is used for orders:
  • Orders below £30.00 require a postage fee of £3.95 to cover outward postage and packaging costs.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our 14 Day Returns Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (see our refunds policy). Unless the item of jewellery is faulty, we can not accept the return of jewellery that have been worn, personalised or any item that pierces the skin for health and safety reasons.

Please note our returns policy has been extended until 10th January 2009 for all purchases made after 1st November 2008.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item of jewellery that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning an item of jewellery to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the jewellery was wrongly ordered by yourself. We ask that you notify us of your intentions to return an item by email or phone (01384 78431).

When you make a return, to speed the process up, it is helpful a note accompanies your jewellery as to the reason for return, and a copy of the original invoice the jewellery was dispatched with. We also recommend sending your jewellery by recorded post in order to track we have recieved the jewellery via the royal mail tracking website.

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the manufacturer guarantee information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. If you choose to return a faulty item to us, please contact us on 01384 78431 to discuss how to go about it.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our Refunds Policy

When we receive an item of jewellery returned to us for refund and are satisfied with its condition and the reason for return, we will process a refund for the full amount that was paid for the item in the same form of payment, and account, originally used for the purchase. If we have agreed to refund the postal cost incurred returning an item to us, this will be done in the form of a cheque. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us on 01384 78431 for assistance.

This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
