During the hippy years of the early 1970s, founder of Daisy Jewellery Noel Boyd made the five week trip from Melbourne, Australia to the UK. He began selling imported Mexican jewellery on London’s Portobello Road, and Daisy jewellery was born.
Daisy Jewellery is inspired by a passion for adventure, nature, the beautiful and exotic, and Eastern philosophy and culture. The ‘hippy’ attitude is still alive in the company today, and the Chakra bracelets are adored by discerning, alternative celebrity fans including Sienna Miller, Kesha and Poppy Delevigne.
DAISY JEWELLERY – HIPPY ATTITUDE WITH AN ON-TREND EDGE
It was when Noel’s son James took over Daisy Jewellery in 2009 that the brand became a global success. He brought with him experience of trend-driven sales and love of Eastern philosophy, and the iconic Chakra bracelet was created.
The amazingly popular Chakra bracelet range, sold now at The Jewel Hut, is a stylish collection that is taken from Buddhist symbols and the Chakra’s form and function. The high quality items are crafted in sterling silver, some with gold plating, and various coloured cords.
We also stock various daisy and bee-themed pieces from the brand, inspired by English daisies and nature, and created in sterling silver. Bright yellow accents really make the pieces stand out.
The massive success of the last three years has led to Daisy Jewellery to now be sold in over 12 countries in a range of diverse stockists, from department stores to fashion boutiques and yoga spas.
